Thank you for shopping with Teezy.pro! We are committed to delivering your diligent apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Production Time
Because some of our items are custom printed and made to order, every piece requires dedicated production time before it ships.
Standard Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days.
Peak Seasons: Production may take up to 5 to 7 business days during high-volume holidays.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the shipping method selected:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, severe weather, or unforeseen logistical challenges. Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours of shipment.
4. Damages & Issues
Teezy.pro is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Take clear photos of the packaging and product to assist with your claim process.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
6. International Shipping Policy
Currently, Teezy.pro ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
